May 13th, I hurt my foot playing church volleyball. I had three stress fractures and plenty of damaged ligaments. It was REALLY painful, and a REAL pain in the butt.
A quick trip to the beach house.

Poor you, I tore ligaments in my left ankle in highschool...still hurts when I work out a lot (good thing I don't :))
