For the 4th of July, we took several days to visit the beach house this year. We went to the park over looking Dana Point Harbor where they did a really great fireworks show. We packed our dinner and blankets, and went and camped out for the evening. BUT, it was sooo cold! It was windy too and sitting on the damp grass didn't help any. It was really fun that Warren and Heather were down in Dana Point too, so we all met up for the evening.The rest of the time we just did the usuals, like riding the beach cruisers in Newport and eating at Ruby's on the pier. It was a great mini vacation!
