Trey's Birthday

Trey turned 3 on September 1st! About 2 weeks before he was going to turn 3, he started practicing holding up three fingers so he could show everyone how old he was. He was so excited to have a "race car" party too. It was probably the high-light of his life so far! I saw an awesome "race car" party that a friend of mine had done, so I pretty much just copied everything she did, (Thank you Tricia!!!) It turned out SO DANG CUTE! It was so much fun making everything for the party, and we even decorated a couple of days early just so Trey could enjoy it a little longer than just one day. There were checkered banner flags everywhere, balloons, and race cars on everything, even a t-shirt for Trey. We had chocolate cupcakes and ice cream and played games like "Stop & Go" and Plasma car races in the cul-de-sac (which the adults tried out too). I really think that Trey was just in heaven the whole time. Trey got some really cool gifts, like a new Plasma car with his name on it, and a Home Depot work bench. Happy Birthday, Trey....
